Kilowattia obtains first place in the nineteenth edition of the National Business Innovation Award, recognized for its Energy Efficiency 4.0 project.
In the main category, the company Kilowattia, S.A. won first place thanks to its "Energy Efficiency 4.0" project. This initiative employs artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to manage energy consumption in real time, achieving savings of up to 30% through automated dynamic decisions that do not require human intervention. The system uses sensors and IoT devices strategically installed in customer facilities to continuously process consumption data.
The award delivered a total of B/.67,000.00 among the winners of the business category. The first place received B/.30,000.00, the second place B/.20,000.00, the third place B/.10,000.00, and the finalist companies from fourth to tenth place received B/.1,000.00 each. Since its creation, nearly 800 companies have participated in this award, of which more than 100 have been awarded with innovative proposals in various sectors such as agriculture, health sciences, industry, ICTs, environment, and energy.
